As Territory Sales Manager (TSM), you are responsible for building and developing new and
existing business opportunities in your area in your region. In this case Northern Bavaria. Working

They regularly report sales results and keep track of sales and other strategic changes that may
affect the sales process. They have an extensive external network and present Ejendals as the
leading personal protective equipment company. They are a role model and are actively
advancing the Ejendals Business Plan. In this position, you are in close contact with security
managers, purchasing departments, directors and employees of our customers. Internally you
work closely with our customer service, supply chain as well as with the product & innovation


They have at least 5 years’ experience in the sales industry, preferably in the PPE business and
have built up a strong network within Northern Bavaria. As a person, you are a team player who
can motivate others with your dedication and sales skills.
Competencies you have: Entrepreneurial thinking, ability to initiate clients, excellent German
language skills (native language), excellent communication skills, English language skills (for
internal communication).
