The Role

  • Have the volume and profitability responsibility of the assigned region
  • Define individual KPI’s and training plans for subordinate staff
  • Responsible for allocating and monitoring the work of subordinate staff
  • Lead and support the team through regular sales meetings and joint sales activities
  • Driving skills development of the subordinate staff
  • Be a role model and actively drive the company’s business plan
  • Ensure that marketing and customer plans are developed annually and implemented
  • Regularly report sales results
  • Build a strong external network and make the company known as a leader in personal protection
  • Actively participate in client events
  • Implement additional duties assigned by manager
  • Achieving turnover, gross margin and KPI targets
  • Profit & Loss responsibility for his/her region
  • Responsible for the development of his/her team members, employee engagement and team success
  • Supply accurate Sales forecasts, feed P&I with market demands, lead the country team in the day to day operation

The Candidate

  • Fluent in English and German
  • Minimum of 5-7 years Sales experience in a relevant field and international surrounding
  • Building up relations/network

  • Financial Awareness
