Product: PPE Manufacturer

We are a privately owned, Global, award-winning manufacturing business within the PPE industry.

Demand for our innovative and niche products is accelerating worldwide! As our multi-site international presence grows, we have a commitment to ensure that we drive our brand and sales consistently to maximise the business’ huge potential. As a result of a recent expansion, we have an opening for a dynamic Head of Export, with a proven track record in setting goals, delivering strategies for sales and marketing, achieving growth and fulfilling financial business objectives for our focus on new and existing export markets.  We are looking for this person to join our team at our head office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieve growth, set goals, hit sales targets, create a corporate culture by successfully managing the sales and customer service teams
  • Working closely with the senior management team, to develop Global strategies for Sales and Marketing
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a growing presence throughout the geographical area: Worldwide
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales/customer service representatives
  • Contributing new ideas and sales strategies to the senior management team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and realistic marketing forecast report to the management team, ensuring the development of the yearly budget of sales is consistent with the business plan.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status are set in line with sales/marketing needs
  • Monitor market introductions and reports
  • Be aware of Legal implications, report potential risks related to Sales/Marketing activities
  • Generate new opportunities and accurately process subsequent orders
  • Implementing all reports from the team, use CRM for this method to identify possible trends, market change and progress marketing goals
  • Work closely with various departments including Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer service team to achieve efficient, effective and accurate results
  • Ensure Product Development objectives are set in line with Sales/Marketing needs


  • Overseas Sales Experience and available to travel without limit
  • Proven track record in International Sales
  • Marketing management success record
  • Good Negotiation skills
  • Able to become a leader in an SME company.
  • Flexible
  • Language skills: English and at least any other language desired, German would be ideal
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Good Knowledge of the b2b market
  • Previous Experience in a family business/SMEs is preferable, capable to manage both high-level issues and day-to-day operational activities.
  • Leadership skills: ability to get the best from people through consensus and leadership rather than authority
