The Solution Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle at end-user level covering Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Iceland.

The Role

  • Preparing and presenting proposals, generating new business.
  • Selling gas detection solutions to customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Develop the customer base in order to meet sales forecasts and budgets
  • Increase and create sales leads across traditional sales, safety software, and Rental
  • Meet sales goals as set by management to maximize profit
  • Maintain high level of vendor and product knowledge
  • Position the company’s suite of products for rental and safety software as a service
  • Maintain the company’s CRM System

The Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Gas detection experience is a plus
  • Experience working in Europe e.g. UK, Germany, NL, Denmark or Sweden
  • 5+ years full-time work experience
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • 5+ years outside sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Results driven with a proven sales track record
  • Experience in selling SW and Services is a plus
  • Speaking any other European language is a plus
  • Experience working in O&G and/or mining and/or Metals market segments
  • Frequent travel required
