The company are looking for a UK Sales Manager ideally based in the South East to join their sales team to drive growth through both sales channels, offering a truly unique opportunity for someone to maximise their potential and revenue!
• Drive for profitable sales growth, high levels of customer education and optimal customer service.
• Specifying at end-user level and supporting sales through distribution and channel partners
• Understand Distributor & End-user requirements to ensure ongoing profitable sales are achieved.
• Maintain good & strong working relationships and build a portfolio for new and existing clients and customers
• Understand the needs of the company’s Distributors & End- users, in person, via telephone and email.
• Act as the lead contact between the company’s existing and potential markets
• Address and overcome any potential problems by suggesting prompt solutions
• Be an active part of the Sales Team, supporting strategy development and team communication, sharing knowledge and opportunities wherever possible
• Clear and direct communication internally as well as externally.
• Customer oriented
• Have a strong background in selling various construction products
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower others
• Excellent communication & attention to detail
• Strong computer literacy in all Microsoft Office applications and database applications
• Strong project management skills
• Previous experience and success in key account/sales management
